My approach is warm, professional, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I begin with your values and experiences to guide our work. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems interventions, and Dialectical Behavioral techniques to strengthen communication, support emotional regulation, and foster meaningful growth.
Professional Achievement
I have recently completed the introductory course regarding Internal Family Systems from the Satir Institute, as well as help manage Waybridge's school based counseling relationships.
