About
My process for trauma therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help patients process and reframe distressing experiences so that they no longer hold the same power over their daily life. I also offer faith-affirming care for patients who wish to integrate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the healing process.
While working with me, patients can expect that they will not simply talk about what happened to them, but will actively engage in a structured process designed to bring relief, growth, and a renewed sense of safety and empowerment. By the end of therapy, patients can expect to feel more in control of their emotions, experience less distress when recalling traumatic experiences, and regain the confidence to move forward in life with a stronger sense of self.
Professional Achievement
I have worked over 5 years in Behavioral Health, initially supporting teens in residential treatment. My clinical work has focused on individuals recovering from traumatic experiences, including assault, work-related injuries, and car accidents.
