About

My goal is to improve the functioning and well-being of the entire family system. My approach is collaborative and flexible, working with clients as active participants in the formation of specialized treatment plans and goals using evidence-based methods from a systemic, experiential lens. I offer 75-minute sessions both in-person and virtual as well as specialized services that include intensive 3-hour sessions and weekend couples retreats.

Professional Achievement

I have a doctoral degree in Human Development and Family Science and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My background includes over a decade researching attraction and romantic relationships. My work is published in peer-reviewed journals and has been featured in media outlets such as NPR, The New York Times, and The Economist.
