About

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centered. I help individuals better understand the underlying thoughts, emotions, and patterns connected to their relationship with food and their body, while also building practical, sustainable coping strategies. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, strengthening self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-trust along the way. Clients can expect to feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. In the early stages of treatment, many individuals begin to experience increased insight, a greater sense of stability, and tools to better manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions. Over time, therapy can lead to a more balanced relationship with food, improved coping skills, and a stronger, more compassionate connection with oneself.

Professional Achievement

With over a decade of mental health experience across schools, rehabilitation, and inpatient psychiatric settings, I’ve spent the past six years at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital providing inpatient and outpatient support in the eating disorder program, including therapeutic care, crisis intervention, safety planning, in-the-moment meal coaching, after-meal support, and introduction to Family-Based Treatment (FBT).
