About
My approach is grounded in existential philosophy and is relational at its core because I believe a strong, trusting relationship is central to the therapeutic process. I will be a curious and empathetic listener as we examine your life together. Whether you are experiencing stress, apathy, nihilism, avoidance, despair, or purposelessness, I can help you reconnect with your strengths and reengage with enriching life experiences. I am a great fit for clients who are ready to live an examined life and are motivated to explore where they have been, where they are, and where they want to go.
Professional Achievement
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University and am a licensed clinician in Kentucky and Ohio, practicing under the supervision of Lorna Douglas, LPCC-S. During my graduate studies, I completed my internship at Best Point Education and Behavioral Health as a school-based counselor, where I gained hands-on experience supporting children, teens, and parents as they navigate diverse relational, emotional, and developmental challenges. My path to counseling has been uniquely shaped by previous experience working in film production and small business management.
