Dr. Butch Losey
Chief Executive Officer
In-Office: Cincinnati Virtual: KY, OH, AZ I serves as the strategic and operational leader for Waybridge, overseeing all aspects of clinical, administrative, and business functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. As CEO, I am responsible for setting the organization’s vision, cultivating a positive and ethical workplace culture, and guiding growth for the company and the clinicians that work for us. This role includes managing financial performance, regulatory compliance, community partnerships, and business development initiatives, while supporting clinical leadership to maintain excellence in client care. I also represent Waybridge Counseling in the broader mental health community, partnering with other treatment agencies to provide high quality care.

Caitlin Yilmazer
Chief Operating Officer
In-Office: Cincinnati | Ft. Thomas Virtual: KY, OH Caitlin started at Waybridge in 2013 as one of our interns, and now she’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). The practice experienced rapid growth due to increasing need in our community and students wanting to stay on with us after graduation, and Caitlin wanted to support the growing administrative need as we navigated expansion. She was quite focused on ensuring Waybridge could sustain changes while prioritizing clinicians. Currently, Caitlin is the overseer of daily operations and supports strategic planning under the CEO’s vision of servant leadership. She also manages our Dayton location, supervises students and dependently licensed clinicians, and is a practicing counselor at our practice.
