Kaitlin Schick
In-Office: Scottsdale | Virtual: AZ, OH My goal as a therapist in Scottsdale is to provide a safe, healing environment for clients to work through difficult emotions, process trauma, express their authentic selves, or learn how to navigate the world around them. I work with clients experiencing difficulties such as life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional/behavioral dysregulation, and relational issues. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life at whatever stage they may be in. My approach is holistic with training in multiple techniques, so I tend to utilize approaches that best fit your individual needs. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2015 and am currently obtaining my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. My previous experience includes school based services, inpatient behavioral health, and providing crisis relief to the community. I am currently under the supervision of Dr. Losey.

In-Office: Scottsdale | Virtual: AZ, OH I provide counseling in Scottsdale for adolescents, young adults and adults on issues that are impacting their daily lives – such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parenting, and sports related mental performance development. Each individual has their own unique strengths and I work with them to cultivate tools and personal interventions that can assist them during challenging times. I utilize a client-centered approach which allows for a collaborative environment throughout the therapy process. As a trained mindfulness facilitator, I also work with groups of all ages, who would like to incorporate mindfulness-based approaches and resources into their personal routines. I am currently obtaining my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Having previously worked under the direction of Susan Kaiser Greenland at Inner Kids, I am currently being supervised by Dr. Butch Losey.

In-Office: Ft. Thomas Virtual: KY, OH, AZ Families today come in all shapes and sizes. And although no family shape or size is bad in itself, dealing with changes or conflicting needs can be hard. Adults and kids in today's families face the challenges that past generations never had to deal with. We face divorce and step-family issues, kids who can't seem to get along with parents, brothers and sisters or other kids. Single parent families, gay and lesbian family members, grandparents raising grandchildren. Some kids just struggle to succeed, either at home or at school, despite tremendous efforts on everyone's part. I work with individuals or families to help them create attainable goals and plans to reach these goals successfully. My focus is on strengths and solutions.
Dr. Edward S. Leyba
In-Office: Mesa Virtual: AZ I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University. I see adults 18 years or older, and I enjoy focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and sleep disturbances. I offer 90-minute ADHD evaluations where I use a validated assessment tool developed in the Netherlands, called the DIVA-5. I have a strong background in addiction treatment. So I could also help if you have concerns about alcohol or marijuana use.
Jessica Faltinowski
In-Office: Mesa Virtual: AZ I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I also have additional master’s degrees in nursing education and care coordination. I provide comprehensive mental health care for individuals aged 6 and older, diagnosing, treating, and expertly managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder through a blend of psychotherapy, holistic medication, and traditional medication management. Additionally, I offer GeneSight testing, a pharmacogenomic analysis that examines how your genetic profile may influence medication effectiveness. My services also include addiction treatment, with options for medication-assisted treatment such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol, and naltrexone.
