Kaitlin Schick
In-Office: Scottsdale | Trauma Treatment, Substance Use Disorders My goal as a therapist in Scottsdale is to provide a safe, healing environment for clients to work through difficult emotions, process trauma, express their authentic selves, or learn how to navigate the world around them. I work with clients experiencing difficulties such as life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional/behavioral dysregulation, and relational issues. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life at whatever stage they may be in. My approach is holistic with training in multiple techniques, so I tend to utilize approaches that best fit your individual needs. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2015 and am currently obtaining my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. My previous experience includes school based services, inpatient behavioral health, and providing crisis relief to the community. I am currently under the supervision of Dr. Losey.

Deb Walsh
In-Office: Scottsdale | Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Panic Disorders I specialize in concerns that are rooted in Anxiety or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I work with pre-teens, young adults and adults regarding Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic/Phobias, Sport Performance stress, or anxiety brought on by a major life transition such as blending families, medical diagnosis, school adjustment or coping with grief. Repetitive intrusive thoughts or compulsions can be related to OCD. Thankfully, there are solution focused approaches we can cultivate to provide healthier responses to each person's unique symptoms. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ERP, ACT and mindfulness based techniques that are customized to each client. My goal is that each client will gain an understanding of their own strengths, and their new customized tools - to create positive transformations within their own lives.

In-Office: Scottsdale | Couples, Trauma As a therapist, I help individuals heal what’s unspoken, navigate change, and reconnect with themselves and others, especially those feeling disconnected from their partner, purpose, or sense of self. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we slow down, reconnect, and listen inward. I blend clinical insight with a whole-person perspective that honors both inner healing and outer wellness. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, and burnout, guiding them toward deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a life anchored in self-care. I offer both structure and softness as clients move through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts, helping them cultivate peace, power, and purpose. An Arizona native, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University. I bring over a decade of experience in community behavioral health, working with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and youth in foster care and school-based settings. My background includes providing life skills, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions that help clients face life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re feeling stuck in self-doubt or committed to growing just 1% each day toward the life you envision, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll cultivate the emotional tools, mindset shifts, and daily habits that support real, lasting change. Therapy with me is a nurturing space to come home to yourself, where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels calm, clear, and fully aligned with your truth, strength, and vision.

Caitlin Reyes
In-Office: Scottsdale | Treatment for Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. If you are struggling with painful memories, overwhelming emotions, or difficulty feeling safe and connected, I can help you on your healing journey. My process for trauma therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help you process and reframe distressing experiences so that they no longer hold the same power over your daily life. In our work together, you will not simply talk about what happened to you — you will actively engage in a structured process designed to bring relief, growth, and a renewed sense of safety and empowerment. At the end of therapy, you should expect to feel more in control of your emotions, experience less distress when recalling traumatic experiences, and regain the confidence to move forward in your life with a stronger sense of self.

Dr. Butch Losey
In-Office: Scottsdale | Couples Therapy for Infidelity and Communication Problems I work specifically with couples who are recovering from infidelity, are dealing with difficulties in communication, find it difficult to talk without arguing, or have problems intimately connecting. My process for couples therapy is systemic, transformational and experiential. My hope is that you will gain a greater understanding of yourself and your partner, which will create transformation in your relationship. I create the session experience so that you will consistently experience each other in a positive, growth-oriented way. You will not come in and "chat with the therapist" about the problem, but work with each other as I coach you through necessary and difficult discussions so that you can create transformative change in your relationship. You will be encouraged to implement healthy strategies, challenged to stop problematic behaviors and taught skills to be a stronger, better couple. At the end of therapy, you should expect to have a better understanding of each other's needs, be better at talking about difficult topics, have increased intimacy between the two you, and have healed the pain that brought you to therapy. My Books: --Unwelcome Guest: Intrusive Thoughts, Rumination, and the Complexities of Healing After Infidelity --Managing the Aftermath of Infidelity: A Sequential Guide for Therapists and Couples --Creating an Effective Couples Therapy Practice --Bullying, Suicide and Homicide

Dave Brewer
Supervising Clinician Families today come in all shapes and sizes. And although no family shape or size is bad in itself, dealing with changes or conflicting needs can be hard. Adults and kids in today's families face the challenges that past generations never had to deal with. We face divorce and step-family issues, kids who can't seem to get along with parents, brothers and sisters or other kids. Single parent families, gay and lesbian family members, grandparents raising grandchildren. Some kids just struggle to succeed, either at home or at school, despite tremendous efforts on everyone's part. I work with individuals or families to help them create attainable goals and plans to reach these goals successfully. My focus is on strengths and solutions.
