About

“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” -Brené Brown I want to help you process your experiences and reconnect with your best self. My approach is holistic, collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and values. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and parts work to support you in your healing journey. You deserve a space that honors the complexity of your identity and welcomes every part of who you are. Healing isn't linear, but I will always meet you where you are with authenticity. My hope is to help you uncover the strengths and resources that already live within you, so that you leave therapy feeling lighter and more empowered to take control of your life.

Professional Achievement

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2022, and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign online. I spent the last 5 years working in community mental health, where I've had the privilege of supporting victims of various crimes including domestic and sexual violence, family abuse, human trafficking, stalking/harassment, and more. I bring a wealth of experience in case management, lay legal advocacy, and group therapy facilitation. I have also worked in mobile crisis response and am deeply passionate about crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
