About

My approach to care is collaborative, strengths-based, and family-centered. I strive to create a supportive and neurodiversity-affirming environment where children, adolescents, and their families feel understood, respected, and emotionally safe. I approach treatment through a systemic lens, recognizing that each child’s experiences are shaped by their relationships, environment, and support systems. I focus on helping clients build emotional awareness, communication skills, and emotional regulation and on strengthening family connections, while honoring each child’s unique strengths and needs. I also value caregiver collaboration and work closely with parents and families to support consistency, understanding, and healthy relational patterns both inside and outside of sessions.

Professional Achievement

I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing ABA therapy to autistic children and supporting their communication, emotional regulation, and daily functioning skills. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in working collaboratively with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams while building supportive and compassionate relationships with families.
